With Ka-ching implemented Fotografit is now able to offer their entire product catalogue when attending trade fairs. Furthermore, the store associates are now mobile with Ka-ching at hand.
Fotografit is a Danish company specialising in underwater cameras and accessories for divers. Fotografit sells all of their products from their webshop, but they're also attending various trade fairs across Europe. By bringing Ka-ching, they're now able to sell products directly from their webshop when they're on trade fairs.
In January 2020, we started a collaboration with Fotografit regarding their attendance at a divers trade fair in Germany. The goal was to enable Fotografit to be able to sell their entire product catalogue even though most of the products weren't available at the stand. Ka-ching managed to provide Fotografit a fully-functioning system withing three days, and the first sales were processed shortly after.
With the largest underwater camera selection in Europe, it's impossible to bring all of the products to trade fairs. Before Ka-ching, Fotografits employees weren't able to showcase alternative products to the customers except those visible at the stand. Moreover, Fotografit has experienced that communication with the customers is centred around the counter because they didn't have a mobile POS. This meant that natural sales couldn't be made at the customers' location. Meanwhile, the needed information about products had to be delivered at the counter with no option to make sales.
With Ka-ching implemented as a Point of Sale are now able to offer their full product catalogue when attending trade fairs. They can bring and display the most relevant products and still showcase and sell all of the online products with Ka-ching installed on an iPad or an iPhone. Fotografit is also able to bring Ka-ching to the customer. Sales are not necessarily supposed to be made at the cash register. A mobile POS and thereby a mobile store associate is a much more flexible and friendly way to engage with customers. Communications is not supposed to be boring and stationary.

By using Ka-ching, Fotografits store associates are now able to sell from their entire catalogue - even from foreign stocks. All of the store associates are thereby able to provide information on product availability across the organisation.
If a customer wants to consider a purchase, Fotografit can send the customer a preview of their desired basket. Save it and send it directly to the customer. By doing so, the customer can consider the purchase, and if the customer accepts, the offer can go through.
With Ka-ching's effective search function it's easy and quick for Fotografit to search the entire product catalogue. In this way, employees can provide the customer with the information needed in no time - also on products not available at the stand. All data is searchable in Ka-ching!
Customers get the opportunity to follow the sale on the iPad, enabling store associates to communicate much more directly with the customer. By doing so, the store associate can respond to customers in a completely different way and thus improve communication.
Ka-ching is a flexible sales tool with a modern and chic look that allows Fotografit to bring the sales process to the customer. Furthermore, the interface is intuitive and straightforward, making the training of employees as easy as a breeze
The integration with Ka-ching is a simple process and can be completed quickly. Just a few days after the final meeting with Fotografit, they were ready to use Ka-ching POS at a divers trade fair in Germany. All information from the webshop was integrated directly to Ka-ching, making Fotografit's store associates prepared to sell to all the visitors right away.
Ka-ching POS is capable of moving the administration and the interaction with the customer from the counter to the location of the customer by using the iPad. We can actually interact directly with the customers on the stand and i can approach the customers in a different way now because i can move around the stand
